National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — refuse to issue 50% toll fee concession for district registration vehicle (bus)

I am Plabon Pramanick of Raiganj Uttar Dinajpur the owner of the vehicle noWB[protected]Bus) plying daily over Barai Toll plaza at Panishala Dwipnagar Uttar Dinajpur and the vehicle registered at Uttar Dinajpur RTO.As per NHAI Guideline vehicle those are registered in the District in which the Toll plaza situated then those vehicle will get 50% Toll fee concession. I repeatedly request the Toll Plaza authority to comply the NHAI Guideline.But the Authority harassing me badly and refuse to issue the concession
