National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — The wrongly deducted toll money on samruddhi mahamarg

Dear Team,

The extra toll money was deducted from my Fastag on Samruddhi Mahamarg - The Mumbai-Nagpur Expressway for Vehicle Car number - MH04EH6395 on 3rd Aug'25. The actual toll amount is RS 100(confirmed by NHAI executive on call 1033) whereas the amount was deducted is RS 1445 for travel entry from Shahpur - Thane point & exit at Bhiwandi-Thane. I have raised compliant with Fastag bank ICICI once received amount deduction SMS & complaint number is CMP[protected].
Request you to help to resolve issue & refund extra deducted amount ASAP.
