Respected sir,

I am gaurdian of a teacher working a school in buxar. I want to tell you the truth of hellish activities done by school principals.

I want you to look over the principals of schools in buxar. They are troubling us.
Because we cant change the school.
1. They are harassing the teachers, because we cant change the school as we have to do dled.
2. They are making us to do their house hold activities.
3. They have registered all their family member and the responsibility of making their assignment is given to us.
4.in fact they are taking charges in form of vegetables, groccossory. Principal of school took 32 kg rice.
5. Today my brother (Teacher in a school) went to drop the wife of principal to her study centre. (Balihar, 14.04.2018)

We are not an uneducated people, i myself has done b. Tech from iit dhanbad.in fact my brother is working just because he could not qualify pmt exam. So he wanted to have some job so that he can do some thing in free time.

Either you make a rule to change the school or else you look in these matters.

I know the hellish condition created people when somebody complain against your systems. So please keep it confidential.

I am the father of (,) my son is seeking to appear for the secondary level examinations at the national institute of open schooling (English medium). My son suffers from a mental condition which makes him eligible to be classified as a ‘child with special needs’ having equivalent mental age of about 7 years. The all india institute of speech and hearing, mysuru after conducting various tests has issued a psychological report and medical certificate (The report in short hereafter) to this effect dated 07.09.2017..
In the report, it is clearly recommended that my son is entitled for various illustrative list of benefits and concessions as mentioned in the report.in the annexed medical certificate the doctor has clearly recommended that alongwith other recommendations, my son should have additional time during examination, facility for having a scribe for writing examination, arrangements for sitting while writing the exams and project work instead of practical work.
In the light of above facts, the officials at nios bengaluru regional centre are harassing my son, myself and my wife for some unknown reason. They are not concerned about his welfare as a ‘child with special needs’. They are making us to go around from pillar to post to ensure that my son completes necessary formalities to be eligible for writing the exams. The regional director, mr. S. Chandrashekar of nios bengaluru regional centre is harassing my son and is not complying with the guidelines for children with special needs. I would like to bring to your notice two instances where my son and my family are being harassed.
First incident of harassment by regional director of nios bengaluru regional centre
On 25th october 2017, my son appeared for the xth standard science and technology exam alongwith a scribe. The examination was held at spastics society, bengaluru. The nios invigilator harassed the scribe and my son who was suffering from ‘moderate intellectual disability’. Due to this harassment, my son had a severe panic attack and was expelled from the exam hall within 30 minutes of the start of the exam. My wife has all letters with her which allows her to be with child. The regional director of nios bengaluru regional centre, mr. S. Chandrashekar did not heed all our complaints and requests. The regional director behaved rudely with everyone, without considering the fact that my son is a child of special needs. No relaxation was given to my son despite the fact that he is suffering from moderate intellectual disability. The nios invigilator was responsible for my son being expelled from exam hall.
I would also like to bring to your notice that very short time was given to submit the project work for this subject.
Second incident of harassment by regional director of nios bengaluru regional centre
My son appeared for the on-demand exam for the xth standard science and technology exam on 3rd january 2018. He also submitted his project work for this paper. The examiner was very happy with his viva.
However the next day, the examiner called my wife and said that the regional director of nios bengaluru, mr. S. Chandrashekar had asked her, to inform my wife that, my son had to re-write his project in his own handwriting, on some new topics and re-submit it. My son became highly agitated due to his mental condition and started biting himself. Due to this there were many wounds on his arms and blood was flowing from the wounds.in this way the regional director of nios bengaluru, mr. S. Chandrashekar is not complying with the guidelines for treating the children with special needs. He is harassing the parents as well as the child with special needs. My son was given 9/15 in practicals... If given full marks he would have passed. They are holding my son back and i suspect foul play here.

Third incident of harassment by regional director of nios bengaluru regional centre
Due to the harassment shown by the regional director, nios bengaluru regional centre, my son has to appear again for the same paper in april 2018. For this exam the practical exam was on 19th of march 2018. Since my son is a child with special needs he is allowed to submit project work on a topic given by the nios bengaluru regional centre. The bengaluru regional centre also has to give permission for submitting the project work.
When i visited the office of mr. S. Chandrashekar, regional director, nios bengaluru regional centre, he behaved very rudely with me. He rudely said that he will think about it and check and communicate by email with us. He sent the email, with the permission to submit project work and the topic of the project, just 24 hours before the practical exam that was to be held on 19th march,. I am very sure this time also very poor marks must have given to my son... Really fed up with the system. I have escalated this matter to higher authorities and media... Lets see...
My son being one who is suffering from a mental condition is unable to prepare the project work in such a short time. It is very difficult for my son to do it.
In this way the mr. S. Chandrashekar, regional director, nios bengaluru regional centre is harassing the parents and children of differently abled children. He is not complying with the guidelines for treating differently abled children.
The regional director nios bengaluru regional centre is running the centre like his personal property. There is a lot of ambiguity in rules and there is no transparency in its functioning. The regional director, nios bengaluru regional centre is making his own rules almost every day. The regional director, nios bengaluru regional centre is harassing parents and children. The staff and teachers are fearful of him.
For reasons unknown to me, the regional director, nios bengaluru regional centre is targeting my son, a child with special needs. My son is going to appear for exam in the same subject on 21st april, 2018. I request you to take up this matter seriously and ensure that the regional director, nios bengaluru regional centre does not indulge in such acts in future. Regional centers are made to help kids and parents not to dictate and harass

I am a student of NIOS D.EL.ED.I have made payment through SBI netbanking for nios deled exam.Firstly I have made payment 760/- the transaction was successful and debited from my SBI ACCOUNT but status was payment not made on 05/03/2018 and awaited till the date of 13/03/2018 but status is still payment not made. Secondly on 13/03/2018 I decided to make payment and made payment 1060/- is debited from my SBI account. The transaction was successful but status is till payment not made. I have got both the transaction reference number.Many times I complained about this but I don't get any result.What should I do?

Dear sir,

My son shankaran m iyer, has mental # problem (Am attaching his medical certificate) and was allowed a scribe to help him write his xth standard science & technology on-demand paper during january 2018. He also submitted his project and the examiner mrs vijaya (East and west school, bangalore) was very happy with his viva.

However the next day, she called my wife, mentioning that the regional director mr. Chandrasekhar, had asked for his project to be re-written by my son and re-submitted. My son who is in the autistic spectrum, got hyper, harmed himself by biting his hands. Inspite of that we got him to write the project work. Next day the examiner mrs vijaya took the project from my son and she took the viva again (She saw that my son's hands had bleeding marks)

He has now scored 12 in his theory and 9 marks in his project submission (After giving his viva). I am very surprised that a child who is making all efforts to succeed, has been give 9 out of 15 in his project/submission. We had couple of senior science teachers check his project work, before submission. So i am very clear that he does not deserve anything less than 15 marks in projects (In which case, he would have passed the exam).

I also want to bring up here, that when my son was giving his science and technology exam on 25th october 2017, he and the scribe were harassed by the nios invigilator in spastics society, bangalore, and my son had a severe panic attack. He was evicted within 15 minutes of the start of paper. All our plea and the pleas from the spastics teachers fell on deaf ears. We brought up this issue with mr. Chandrasekhar (Regional director - nios), but he was so rude, and not willing to hear our case.

To clarify, in october 2017, i am told that in the project internal marks, my son was given 7.5 out of 7.5 by spastics. How come that for the same project nios gave him 1.5 out of 7.5 marks.

Equally during the january 2018 on-demand exam, mrs vijaya the practical examiner was very happy with my son's viva (Given his challenges), and mentioned that he should be getting full marks. However he has been given 9 marks

So i am surprised with his practical marks and suspect foul play. I suspect personal vendetta and someone senior in nios bangalore is intentionally scuttling my son's marks, and request your good self to respect fully enquire into the matter. I also feel that there is foul play involved in his theory paper evaluation

I'm daniel from vizag, herewith am upset with continuous trials to enroll my daughter into nios stream 1, block 2 i. E. To write 1st time secondary exam in oct 2018, regret to affirm it has a failure; despite typing relevant details about my daughter's in the spaces provided, the page refreshes back to the original page, & whatever means i have had been trying through, i have not been able to join my daughter yet..
The worst factor is that neither the people of nios in vizag when i complained all this to them in person, nor the concerned people of nios when i sent them explaining my greviances never responded to resolve this issue..
Now, at least should you people grant us justice, by ensuring my daughter obtaining admission for secondary-10th class pursuance in order to write as the 1st time exams appearance in oct 2018, will leave a great relief for me, especially a girl child's education which nobody has the right to been an obligation to their equal right for pursuing education, that too in the prestigious nios, sir/ madam..
