My name is shikha das. I am teacher of subharna jayanti jb school, kamalpur, dist-dhalai, tripurap pin-799285. I fill up nios for deled course but unfortunately i have to do a mistake during fill up. I have to submit wrong email id that is [protected]@gmail.com & mobile no [protected]. My registration & payment is confirmed. I want to change my email id which is [protected]@gmail.com & mobile no - [protected] which is my actual email i d. Because i cann't download my identity card and registration for swayam. Kindly accept my request give me solution quick. If any mistake in my complain ignore or give advise.

I make a payment on the account of d. El. Ed for admission in diploma education on 06-nov-2017. This is the last date of admission so site became lazy in terms of response. I make a payment using my debit card. All the process was done by me but after confirming that payment site gives me message that site can't be reached.
So i again make a payment for the same student. So meanwhile my account is debited two times for the same student name.
I leave a message or mail to concert nios portal as well as my bank. But still their is no response from their side.
My bank tells me that we leave a message & mail to concern department but no response from nios portal. They give me advise that you should physically went nios department and get information. This is not possible to me that i available their. Please help me sir. My amount is 4553.10

On 08-dec-2017 i was submitting exam fee of students and students name simranjeet singh's fee deducted two times whose roll no is[protected] and the transaction no is [protected] wrongly deducted. Transation is done by pnb online banking. At 18:09:59. Please refund this amout. After this transaction in next transaction the fee is submitted. This happend due to session expired from the bank side but the amount is deducted.. So please refund this amount. Also attatching the photo.

You submitted my complaint to the nios for refund of double payment still no response
I have sent many detailed requests for refund of double payment through my registered email [protected]@gmail.com. I am daily sending emails on the email id of nios for refund of double payment [protected]@nios.ac.in but not getting any response. All the details are being sent again and again

Please resolve it, and it was noted in date sheet, so please rectify the problem now the result is announced, so before original mark sheet is been done, the spelled name was joseph fernandaz, and the mother name is elizabethrmi it should be corrected add mentioned above so please do in favor thank you.

Sir, I am Jibon Gogoi. My D.El.Ed.admission enrollment number is [protected].I got my admission on 30/09/2017 and the time was 21:08:50.At first I tried to deposit the admission fee through the Indian Bank ATM Debit Card.But, as the server was slow, I tried the SBI ATM Debit Card and this second attempt was successful bearing the Bank Transaction Reference No. CTX[protected].But unknowingly, my first attempt to transfer the fee through the Indian Bank ATM Debit Card was also successful about which I came to know when I updated my bank passbook and it is shown as transferred of Rs.4545.00 under the head POS ATM PURCH.Hence you have received my admission fee twice.So Sir, please refund my one admission fee. My Reference number is D[protected]. I am waiting eagerly.

Got admission online on 25th august 2017 in nios.ac.in website. The
Reference no is a[protected]. As per nios norms, i've sent all the relevant documents to nios kokata regional office too. I haven't received any study materials so far. Repeated mails to the regional office kolkata go unanswered. I have even tried communicating to the chairman's office but still no go. There's also a vigilance email which i tried communicating with but yet no replies. They dont reply to emails, they don't pick up calls.

I meenu sharma filled up the form for six months bridge course on 29 nov and made payment of rs 5059/- through atm card of sbi which is on the name of sh vipan poswal vide pos[protected] citruspay nios txn 876318. This amount was deducted from his account but pament status was shown as payment not made. On 30 nov shown payment not made. As 30th november was last date for the submission of applications so i again made a payment of rs. 5059/- through atm card of sbi which is on the name of sh satish kumar sharma vide pos80000580 at nios citrus txn[protected] and payment successful and bank transaction reference no was ctx[protected] and reference no is b[protected]. U r requested to refund rs 5059/- which was double payment made

Respected sir, i have got admission in nios deled for untrained teacher now i want to know what if a teacher get transferred in another school after getting admission in nios deled.. How can he change his school details.. I mean the school udise code, principal details and other school details.. Please help me out sir.. And provide me the process to do this as i want to get transferred in another school.. I will be thankful to you

My son, subhradeep sarkar appeared in nios secondary on demand examination september 2017. The venue of examination was kendriya vidyalaya asansol, burdwan. He appeared in english (202) home science (216) data entry operation (229) and painting (225), among which home science, data entry operation and painting had both theory and practical examination.
Although he appeared in both practical and theory exams of all respective exams, in his results only theory marks are given and practicals are marked absent.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter so that that practical marks are provided to him.

This is with reference to my previous complaint with the same subject dated 1st oct, 2017. I have made payment twice for myself only (Bhawana pradhan sarkar) for admission to dled course under nios on 1st of dec due to poor servers. Citrus pay has responded to it and confirmed receipt of payment twice with a message saying "your transaction id's ctx[protected] and ctx[protected] processed on[protected] for rs. 4553.10 each are successful transaction."
And asked me to reach the merchant site/mail ([protected]@nios.ac.in, [protected]@nios.ac.in) with the following details-
1. Application of student/ learner (Signed by the candidate)
2. Scanned copy of nios web page mention reference number or roll number
3. Copy of bank/card statement
Since then i have been trying to reach these two mail ids alongwith the following mails - [protected]@nios.ac.in, [protected]@nios.ac.in, but no one has responded till date. Forget about the refund. Its just a small amount of rs. 4553.10/- for nios but a big amount for me. Why is that no one is replying from nios? Citrus pay has solved it by saying talk with the merchant and thats it. No one is bothered to refund or even reply even after repeated mails sent to them. Since 16th oct i have sent 5 mails to them but to no avail. Are they so busy?? When will i get my refund? For all the details i mean my mails, forwarded mails, other bank details plz let me know how to reach you. Plz help!!

I am unable to open my swayam application since a week. There is no support from the customer care as the network is always busy. Due to poor customer care many teacher's are suffering. I hope you would take some action immediately. When i open the application it doesn't login to my account. There is bug in your application., which spoils my software. Your website is least accessible due to server problems. There are no updates given. I have experienced the worst with the application unable to access and no help from your side. Kindly resolve it soon..
