    On many time requests made by Ms. Gunjan working at ROHAN MOTORS LIMITED, 432, MUKUND NAGAR, GHAZIABAD, PIN-201001 in Insurance Section, I had issued a Post Dated Cheque Number 168242, dated - 16/08/2022. But the concerned person working at Rohan Motors deposited it in bank account of National Insurance Company Limited in July, 2022 and that was presented in my bank on 26/07/2022 and that’s was returned by the bank and the bank charged Rs. 118/- and debited in my bank account.

    Even after I say this, that I will come to the agency myself and renew the policy before the due date, Madam kept calling repeatedly and said that sir you should be given a post-dated check and we will deposit this on 16/08/2022. When she assured me that the cheque will be deposited on due date, then and in influence of that I had given post-dated Cheque No. 168242, dated – 16/08/2022 on the various telephonic requests made by Ms. Gunjan, Phone No. [protected] (a staff of Rohan Motors Limited).

    Following issues has been arisen with the matter –

    (a) As the cheque was returned and bank has charged Rs. 118/-, it is financial loss to me and besides this loss of my reputation in the bank and my account’s record in the bank has become worsen.
    (b) My track record with National Insurance Company Limited and with Rohan Motors Limited and with NATMAR and with RTO Authority has also become worsen.

    (c) My Policy has been cancelled by the Insurance Company.

    (d) The concerned staff at Rohan Motors Limited have dishonoured their commitment and breaches my trust on Rohan Motors Limited, so the case is made out of Breach of Trust for which Rohan Motors Limited is responsible.

    (e) The National Insurance Company Limited has issued a letter via registered mail to me and the company has c.c. this letter to various departments as mentioned in the letter issued by National Insurance Company Limited.

    (f) I have suffered mental agony due to all the above issues.

    Please tell me who is responsible and accountable for my loss of trust, financial loss, and loss of reputation and for mental stress.

    All above facts may be verified with call recordings at Rohan Motors Limited recorded in their system. If, they deny to provide the recording, so I will provide the recordings in my phone. Please give me the answer as soon as possible and oblige.

      The case of 2011 is the total loss which has not been paid till date while all the paperwork that was asked was made available even the fund was approved but till date not done.

        Dear Sir,

        I Zahid Ahmed Policy No[protected] of National Insurance. I lodge a Claim in Sept 2021 of my wife Delivery of Baby under Raksha TPA. Claim No of Raksha TPA is [protected]. All the Original Documents related to Caesarean of Wife and Original Bills are sent to Raksha TPA Office. So many time i want to call on Toll free no but there is no response from toll free number. I am also touched with Raksh TPA via mail and thet reply me your claim is under process Now Raksha TPA sent me mail for rejection of Claim.
        Sir they are Harassed me from last Eight Month. So plz help me for Payment of my Claim.

          This has reference to my Policy No.[protected].

          This is about reimbursement due to me on account of a claim pending. I don't know who to talk to about this. The workshop, Lakshmi Hyundai, Moosarambag says they have sent all papers to one Mr. Raamohan, a Surveyor of your company who in turn says he has submitted the documents for reimbursement he has to check. But he is sluggish.

          Kindly let me have my Customer ID (I cant find it anywhere on the Policy Document) and other required details pertaining to the claim so I can track the claim online.

              I'm suffering from Multiple Sclerosis and I'm a staff of a public sector company - Bank of Baroda. I'm having a group health insurance of national insurance company and TPA is Medi Assist. In their policy my disease is included for 100% reimbursable whether it is Pre-hospitalization, hospitalization or Post-hospitalization. Even domiciliary hospitalisation is also 100% reimbursable. Last year my claim was paid by the insurance company but this year they rejected it by mentioning it as a day care treatment. I was going for OPD as a lot of blood tests and different types of tests were there included MRI. Then doctor advised to get admitted because they were going to start treatment with a new medication - Rituximab inj. as drip. And as it is a new medicine I should have been under observation. I was hospitalised for 25 hrs, which is clearly mentioned in the discharge summary. In their policy MS is clearly written in the list of diseases covered. Then why such type of contradiction like one year they will cover and the other they won't. Although in the renewed policy nothing has been modified. In my MRI report the disease is clearly mentioned as RRMS which stands for Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. My doctor in the admission form had written MS. For MRI test it was written MS - protocol. Only in discharge summary they didn't mention properly. They could have asked me for clarification. I could have got it rectified from the hospital. But they didn't raise any query. And they recommended for repudiation. I need my claim reimbursed as soon as possible. If any letter they need from the doctor or any other documents they require I'm ready to provide. My policy no is[protected] and my claim ID is 28592416.

                I am writing to you to request reconsideration of a domiciliary claim[protected] which has denied by NIC Ltd. on 04.02.2022 against my claim form DTD 10.01.2022, whereas the next claim[protected] settled on 30.05.2022.
                Since 2012 I have been under close & regular supervision of attending Oncologist Dr.D.K.Sarkar. The medicines & pathological tests are mentioned in bills DTD 10.01.2022 which has been prescribed by Dr. D.K.Sarkar is necessary for my treatment to prevent recurrence of cancer again.
                Based on the above facts, the treatment is medically necessary & would appreciate for reconsideration of my said Medical bill.

                      HI,
                      I bought my bike on March 24 2021 and insured it with National Insurance company insurance policy(Vehicle.No. TS 04 FB 6516, Insured Name. Mr.Vanamoju Naveen Sathya, Policy.No.[protected]) .On February 20 2022 my bike met with an accident and made and insurance claim on 24 February 2022(Claim No.[protected] and submitted the required documents to the insurance company .On March 07 2022, My bike is fully repaired in Venkanna hero showroom, Ramachandrapuram and the surveyor had collected the bills from the service centre on that day or on the next day. Today it is May 3 2022, it's been almost 2 months since i submitted the repair bills and still i didn't got my claim money. I contacted the National insurance customer care and they are not giving any reason reason and saying to wait for more days. Without proper reason why should customer wait? Are insurance company is waiting for customer pay policy money without cancelling the policy after valid date.Then why should customer wait without proper reason ? National insurance should need to be responsive and give proper explanation.

                        We had submitted a claim with CCN no. 5340320 and 5340332 for a cancer patient. Our claim has been repudiated on 01 Feb 2022. However, even after one and half month, we have not received the original receipts that we had submitted for processing the claim. On enquiring with the TPA (Paramount health services), they directed us to contact NIC office at Gumti no. 5, Kanpur because they have sent the originals there. On visiting the Kanpur NIC office, they refuse to return the original. They seek a written clarification on why we need the original? The insurance company cannot hold on to original receipts which they are reimbursing and the cost is fully borne by the insured.

                                    I Mukesh Mehta had claimed vide CCN no. 22786894 under policy no.[protected] of National Insurance Co. Ltd. National Mediclaim Policy. I have a policy of Rs. 5 lacs and submitted a claim of Rs. 192316/- on 16/09/2020. National has sanctioned only Rs. 94560/-.
                                    The status on 24/11/2020 on their their Medibuddy website was showing approved amount as Rs. 159373/- but on final sanction they only sanctioned Rs. 94560/-
                                    We had given many reminder mails for the complaint to be resolved but they replied us for the same as compliant status closed after almost 8-9 months.
                                    I have already submitted a complaint in ombudsman. Received a mail on 10/08/2021 that the grievience has been closed saying that claim has been settled as per Maharashtra State Govt guidelines.
                                    I have taken a policy that also with a sum insured of Rs. 5 lacs for no financial loss in an emergency, but the basic purpose of me taking the policy is not fulfilled, insurance company should pay the claim as per their policy terms and conditions and not maharashtra state govt rules, as we were not informed that claims will be paid according to maharashtra government rules.

                                      With great regret I have to say that My Wife Rachita Mishra, Scooty UP-32-JU-5191, Receipt No. [protected] claim not settled from last 17 June 2021 (6 months). I am suffering badly, in trouble for being harassment by Mr. Phool Chand Branch Manager. Why is it so delayed? What is my fault? I purchased a policy from your company, Is this my biggest fault?
