Motor Insurance Claim

This has reference to my Policy No.[protected].

This is about reimbursement due to me on account of a claim pending. I don't know who to talk to about this. The workshop, Lakshmi Hyundai, Moosarambag says they have sent all papers to one Mr. Raamohan, a Surveyor of your company who in turn says he has submitted the documents for reimbursement he has to check. I'm suffering from Multiple Sclerosis and I'm a staff of a public sector company - Bank of Baroda. I'm having a group health insurance of national insurance company and TPA is Medi Assist.
