I have submitted a claim for reimbursement on 28.06.2021 under National Insurance company Policy No:[protected] to your TPA ( HEALTH INDUSRANCE TPA OF INDIA LIMITED, COCHIN) towards the hospitalization of my daughter MISS THEJASREE. But due to non receipt of reply I have contacted their office several times, finally they informed the file has been transferred to NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY OFFICE for final decision.
