Dear sir, i submitted all original documents to paramount health services tpa ltd on 23.10.2017 after that they ask for some additional documents as below :
1. Original reports for investigations mentioned in final bill (Echo) 2. Details from attending doctor : certificate from treating doctor detailing indication for the procedure done. 3. Positive investigation : report / investigation / films / plates to establish the ailment/diagnosis. (Usg abdomen with histopath and all investigation reports related to current ailment.
And i dispatched the same on 31.10.2017 to paramount as per their reply they submitted the same to you but till date i could not know the status of my claim. Some time it seen in paramount site as "referred for rejection approval" and some time it seen "claim under process", thus i am confused.
Therefore requested you to do the needful as it is under process or rejected?
If it is approved the do the needful as early as possible else rejected please provide the details for rejection in details.
