Sir,
i purchased a phone and provided a external warranty of NIC to it, there only i checked all terms and conditions, in my external warranty certificate paper there is clearly mention no deduction shall be made towards depreciation in respect of parts replaced. but now Mrs. Rashmi a employee of NIC is saying they have different terms and conditions according to which depreciation should be deducted & she said whatever terms and conditions written on my external warranty certificate she will not consider that, and she had given me around Rs 430 less. arguing to which she said " sir for such a small amount you are disturbing me i have no time for it".
i have shown all proof that my external warranty certificate is genuine.
please tell me sir at time of purchasing something to attract buyers do NIC provide false terms & conditions, and when the time come to pay claim they have different policy ????????
A reputed company like NIC also does this kind of things ???? is there no transparency ??????
i am attaching my external warranty certificate please see
