National Insurance Company — Health Claim not paid off in full

I have a National Mediclaim policy of National Insurance Co. Ltd. vide policy number[protected] for a period of 24/03/2020 to 23/03/2021. I had a reimbursement claim no. 22862174 for Rs. 518498/- out of which only rs. 184440/- have been sanctioned by the company. i hold a policy of Rs. 5 lacs and also bonus of Rs. 125000/- total rs. 625000/-.
company has deducted Rs. 334058/- which is very unreasonable.
I have taken a Rs. 5 lac policy so that I don't need to pay anything from my pocket, but after several mails written to insurance company there is no reply from them.
I am attaching the mail written to insurance company and also the sanction letter received from them.
