I am V.VNAGESWARA RAO, Emp.No. 27334, retired from Central Bank of india, I paid my Health Insurance Premium of Rs.38818/- under IBA-Health Insurance Policyfor myself and spouse . covering Base policy of Rs.4.00 lacs + Super Top Up policy of Rs. 5.00 lacs D
I was issue ID Cards for myslef& spouse as under
1.v.v.nageswara rao ID card.[protected]
2.V.S.KRAJYALAXMI I- ID card.[protected]
UNDER POLICY Number[protected] valid from 1.11.2020
My Complaint is--
There is no mention of Insurance cover on the ID Cards, It is not clear whether the policy covers both Base policy & Super Top up.
When I equired with your Toll Free number the concerned replied that they are having Base policy details and not having data of Super Top Up.
I request you to clarify why the policy coverage amounts is not mentioned on the ID Card. nor a separate ID card with Super Top Up policy not issued to me.
I request you to clarify and confirm that I am eligible for Base Policy amount of Rs. 4.00 lacs and ST Policy cover of Rs.5.00, in case of hospitalization by myself or spouse
( New India Assurance is issuing separate ID s and Policies for Base & ST coverage, )
