I Kirpal Singh a class one officer of a Public cum Service Sector of GOI and owner of Swift Dzire UP 14 BF 6599 insured under captioned policy. My vehicle got accident on 20.4.17 around 1.15 am. Somehow I broughtvehicle to Ghaziabad and approached Bodyshop of Rohan Motors Ltd. Meerut Road Ghaziabad between 4.30 to 5.00 pm for repair under insurance. But I was harrased and treated very badly and one Mr. N.K. Tyagi started telling rules and regulations rather than to help. I am making a complaint to Rohan Motors but I am unable to mark copy of it to your Navyug Market Ghaziabad Div Off No.361200 due to not having its email id. You may get the detailed complaint from Rohan Motors. I request your intervention for immediate action. Service provider mentioned me that National Insurance denied claim stating policy is never active.
