National Insurance Company — Unable to renew policy online

I am unable to renew the above two wheeler policy which is expiring on 12th November 2022 through ONLINE.

I had logged in to the customer ID [protected]

When i clicked on RENEWAL the following error appears

"SELECTED QUOTE IS NOT ELIGBLE FOR EDIT OR RENEWAL AS IT IS PENDING FOR DATA ENTRY / UNDERWRITING / COLLECTION

Please rectify this error to enable me to renewe the two wheeler policy THRU ONLINE MODE.
