National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — aadhaar - bank linking issues

Sir/madam,
My aadhaar number has been linked with bank account on 31/08/2017 but not showing at the npci server. It says that my aadhaar no isn't linked with any bank when i dial *99*99#.
Due to this i'm unable to receive my scholarship.

I have sent multiple emails to npci. [protected]@npci.org.in but they have continuously told me to go the bank for this issue, which i have done and the bank showed me proof that they have linked it from their end (I have attached it) and they did what they could from their end.

Sir please take action immediately.

Meanwhile I have contacted a different branch of SBI, they also told me, there is no issue on their end. My account is properly linked from their side.
Also, people from consumer complaints told me that NPCI will contact me within few days when I made the complaint, but still nobody from NPCI has contacted me.
I kindly request NPCI to review this matter. Cause I urgently need my scholarship fund.

Hi sir my name is popat kachare I have submitted adhaar card in bank and adhaar is updated in my bank account but the NPCI status is still inactive. I have bank account in bank : Hdfc bank, Account number : [protected], Ifsc code : HDFC0002872, Adhaar number :[protected] . So please update my account in NPCI. Thank u sir
