National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — aadhaar number is in status inactive

Sir,

My cousin is having account with corporation bank account no is [protected] at hubli vishveshwar nagar branch... Bankers are telling your aadhaar is linked to your account number...

While checking for status it is showing as inactive... Kindly kind us how to active and how to activate in npci server as i supposed to receive crop insurance amount from govt... Crop insurance amount was returned mentioning that aadhaar number not mapped to account number...

My friend sent me Rs.1000 through Tez app UPI and the same has deducted from his account and tez app shown transaction as Success but my account hasn't credited Rs.1000,
Iater i have given complient to tez app, after 3 working days they said the problem isnt with them but with NPCI, So contacting you,
So kindly do needful.

I have received message from Bank that my Aadhar No[protected]
is not linked to Bank Account . I have already submitted to the Banks then why is it so ?
Pl. arrange for approval to respective bank accounts.
The money was deducted from my account but did not reach to my friend to whom i was transferring. The transaction was failed but still no refunds in my account. I was using tez app to do it.
