Good morning!!

I am not the one who is suffering from inactive aadhaar status there are 1000+ complaints which has been registered. Due to multiple accounts npci database automatically put active service to inactive where an normal indian citizen is facing lots of issue. Those who are working in private firms needs to open account as per their tie ups with banks and that is common reason for holding multiple accounts. Some has account with national bank and some has salary account opened. As per government norms aadhaar card is mandatory to open an account then while opening salary account we have to submit aadhaar card and automatically subsidy switch over to new account opened, that's how its been moving which is unfair and need to be changed.

I am also facing same issue where my aadhaar card[protected] was linked with bank and i got one subsidy after that it automatically stop stating aadhaar card inactive. I went to branch where they told me that your account is already seeded with aadhaar card and you have already got your subsidy so its an issue at npci end. We are unknown to the facts what bank are telling us so i closed that account and moved to punjab national bank where they opened my account with aadhaar card bio-metrics and told me that everything has been successfully done. Bank told me that with in 7 days aadhaar will be seeded and it will show in aadhaar card site (Uidai). Its been more than 7 days and still i am seeing same old status. Bank told me that they have already linked my aadhaar card with bank and now it must be shown in aadhaar card site uidai. Unfortunately it's not been done.

I would request you to update the records as my details are mentioned below:

Kindly update the logs so that i can get my subsidy and i can book an lpg. Please don't come to me stating that i have to visit branch and tell them to link my aadhaar card as it has already been done and i have verified with them thrice. Its not bank issue, its npci database issue which automatically inactive the aadhaar card where an individual is holding multiple account. As i told earlier for salaried person he may open multiple accounts as per company norms when ever he switched the company.

I hope my details will be updated on priority basis.

When we called bank they said everything is done and rest they can't do anything we need to contact Gas Distributor and when we can contact them they say the same thing Aadhaar card is already linked, we need to link Aadhaar card with bank. When i contacted NPCI earlier they told me to contact bank branch. It looks like no one is ready to help customer and customer has become a ball where everyone is playing and enjoying wherein customer is the one who is facing issues.

I called NPCI @ [protected] and my call was dropped stating that service branch needs to do the NPCI part.
