National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Amount deducted from account but not credited in receiver account | |
I had made payment rupees 74, 000/- on 9 Oct 2020 using google pay application for UPI ID gpay-[protected]@okbizaxis in the name of New Janta Building Material Store having UPI transaction ID[protected], Time of transaction 3:38 pm and google pay transaction ID CICAgKD1-9aPTw. This transaction is failed (screenshot attached) but amount debited from my HDFC Bank account on 9 Oct 2020 which i have linked with google pay and not refunded till date neither credit in beneficiary account.
