National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — axis bank upi application | |||||
I was payment of 499 RS Jio recharge date of 10-Nov-2017 and transaction id is "UPI/[protected]/axispay.[protected]@axisbank" using Axis Bank UPI App and recharge is failed but money was deducted and also not getting any message from Jio so after I was called Axis bank customer care but he was told me this issue handle by NPCI and he will help you because UPI payment is not handle Axis bank and you rise complain and he will help you so please help me. In Axis bank UPI application, I was show list of transaction and in this list transaction show as failed but I show in details then show me as success transaction. And I have already rise complain on Axis bank UPI app but no replay from Axis bank, complain Reference number is[protected].
