National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — delayed in receiving transaction failed amount

Please note that rs 3559.15 was debited from my bank account no. [protected] on date 01.12.2019 against transaction id cicagkc225kscw order id[protected] through google pay.
As intimated by reliance customer care the said amount has not been credited to their bank account.

I am furnishing below my bank details for your kind perusal.
Please arrange reverse credit of rs 3559.15 in my bank account no. [protected]. (Ifsc code sbin0000222)
