National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — I am complaining about a payment that took from phonepe

I want to complain about a bank transaction that took place on phone pe 6 days ago.My number is linked with one account only which is in union bank but on phonepe it was showing another account of sbi which is not mine and I don't know whose it is. My money has been transferred to that account. Please help me get refund for Rs.2499.UTR no.[protected]
