National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — I'm complaining about the online linking status showing inactive although I have confirmed through bank that the adhaar is linked with npci

I am resident of jalna maharashtra. In bank of india, i have a saving account in the bank and i recently linked my adhaar seeded bank account with NPCI mapper.i have visit to my bank and they said that the account is linked and they have given the proof for it.but online on uidai website the linking status is still showing inactive .because of this i am unable to receive my scholarship benefits since 4 months.sir i request you to look into the matter and solve my problem . Pls sir.
