Sir, After all desperate failures I am writing to your kind self with the hope that something would certainly be assured from your end. Sir, I had an savings account with ICICI Bank way back in 2015, which I closed since I moved permanently to my home town area. I have been recently been issued a notice from the ITO department based on the transactions that happened in this account and they asked me to furnish details to those transaction to prove that this money was not my earnings but transfers made to genuine parties/entities. I tried every part of contact/customer/branch services to help me retrieve the same, if not all but few of them but none of them were able to provide a complete transaction details like the name/bank account number/details since the account was closed, failure to which the ITO has now issued a summon and penalised me. Honestly to speak I do not know what I am to do now...as I am the sole bread earner with 2 members (a girl child who is just 2 years old). Pls help me as I can't even commit suicide.
