[Resolved] National Payments Corporation Of India (NPCI) — IMPS transaction - ICICI Bank IMPS Transfer not credited to beneficiary account in Kotak Bank | |||
My brother made a transfer of amount INR 30000/- on[protected] from his ICICI account[protected] to my Kotak bank account through IMPS transfer and which is still not credited to Beneficiary account (my account with Kodak). We have called ICICI customer care and they are asking to wait for maximum 9 days for refund and also we checked with Kotak bank, they are saying that they could not locate the details. Now no body is taking responsibility for customer money.. This sytem is look like failure one & I need to file a complaint against to NPCI, ICICI and Kotak bank regarding IMPS - failure process and system. MY IMPS Transaction reference[protected].
