National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — iocl subsidy due to non seeding of bank account

I was receiving subsidy of gas cylinder in icici bank account, but i close that a/c in sept.2017. Now i want subsidy in my canara bank a/c in which i was receiving prior opening a/c at icici bank. Though icici bank deseeded the a/c from npci, still i am not receiving gas subsidy in canara bank updated to gas agency since dec.2017. My consumer no. With inden gas is 21129 and id is[protected]
