National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — money debited from my account receiver not received money

Me send 1500 from my union bank account throught paytm but resiver not resive money and money os debited from my aacount plese help me to refunded or resiver account resived the mony
Upi id is[protected]
My transaction date is[protected]
And amount is 1500
8 day complete but still problem is not solved. Paytm say money is successful resive revier bank but resiver is not resive money so please check my transaction status and tell my transaction is successful or pending

.But payment done by our Andhrapradesh state for unemployment scheme Yunestham which shows Aadhaar not Mapping.
Please do need full action on this immediate.
