National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — money deducted wrongly from my account

Money from my account is debited and not received by receiver and not even reflected back into my account.. Transcation done through google pay with upi id[protected] central bank of india

Transcation done on 19 may 2019. Please help me through this. Bank authority is not taking my complaint letter already it had completed 5 days but there is no response
