National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — money didn't receive by receiver bank(sbi)

This is UPI ID by which money is sent. Money deducted from sender bank on 24/01/2019 at 7:29 pm but didn't receive by receiver bank yet. UPI reference id[protected]. The money transfer to this UPI [protected]@ybl. The money is transferred by an Paytm KYC officer in Guwahati.
Kindly look into my matter and help me out.
