National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — not received hp gas subsidy

My name is khan rabiyabi and i m from surat gujarat,
My aadhar card no.[protected]. I also submit my aadhar card in hp gas co. And bank of baroda but i can' received subcidy last one year. So which problem i don't know so i request you pls. Help me
And give me subcidy i m 68 year old.
