Dear team NPCI,
I am Mr.Ashok Kumar I made a transaction of rupees 5500. On 25/01/2019 To Kotak Mahindra Bank . Through Bhim upi it's success amount is deducted from my SBI account but not credited to Beneficiary account. I raise a complaint via Bhim but got no response.i also called to customer executive.please solve the issue as soon as possible.

Hi, I have done a recharge my jio no.of Rs. 349 on 22.01.2019 at 1.43 pm via(Upi) Bhim app of Rs. 349, as Amount dudcuted from my Sbi account but recharge was not done. Bhim transaction id was[protected]. Please make relevant action so I can get my money back.
