National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — rashan card rejected for government rule which i don't full fill the government rules

My name is rekha vaish. I am from bareilly up. My adhar card no is[protected] and my rashan card no is[protected] my problem is that my rashan card was rejected because of i have face many problems. Rashan card officer said that my rashan card was rejected by government rule which i don't full fill any condition which are authorised by government. And also there is no investigation by rashan card officer. So please full fill my problem. Kindly solve my problem..

Sir My name is Manoj Kumar Mishra. I have account in Bank of Baroda. I submitted Aadhar card in bank and Aadhar is updated in my account. But the NPCI status is still inactive. My Aadhar no is -

I haven't any subsidy amount in my account. Please solve my problem immediately. Thanks sir
