National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — regarding balance transaction | |||
Dear sir I kuldeep kumar verma have done a transaction but unfortunately it was wrong. I am mentioning the transaction detail. I am having account (A/c-[protected]) in the state bank of india (Niser branch). On 16th, march 2017, i send 5000 rs in to another account (A/c-[protected]+ifsc-barbobupgbx) by using bhim app but unfortunately i fill wrong ifsc (This one - barbobpugbx). So the balance did not credited in to the beneficiary account but it was deducted from my account. This is the 8th complaint, i am lodging. I mean before this i sent 8 mails to upi. [protected]@npci.org.in. The response that i get from there is the following- They are telling that we are following with the bank of baroda once we received the confirmation from bank we will get back to you. Sir it is going to 9 months when i lodged my first complaint but still i didn't get back my money. Sir please do something as soon as possible. Transaction reference no :[protected].
