Hi team,

I have done the below transaction from my sbi bhim upi to my icici bank account and the upi id used for transfer is [protected]@icici.

The transaction was done on 7th of january 2019 and till now the amount didn't credited into my account. Same amount was deducted from my sbi account.

Can you please confirm why it was not credited to my icici bank account.
