National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — Subsidy not getting transferred to bank account

Dear sir/madam,
I am costumer of Bharat Gas Agency (consumer no. 29873) use domestic gas but regarding subsidy not getting transferred to bank account .
I give complent to bank and gas agency but they says their is no problem from us. problem is adhar mapping with NPCI . regarding reference letter attached please solve this problem details are below.
My adhar no.[protected] is linked with my bank account no.[protected] of Dena Bank branch Latur (IFSC code- BKDN0510946)
