National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — transaction failed amount not refunded yet

As i transfered an amount of rupees 5000/ through adhar aneble payment system on 1st of october through sai enterprices (Multilink), which was failed but the same time 5000/ rs five thousand was debitted immedietly from my account,
After 4 to 5 days i gave an written complaint to my syndicate bank which they said they will reply in 5 to 6 working days till today did not recieved any information through bank
It is a request please try to refund my amount as soon as possible thanking you
