National Payments Corporation of India [NPCI] — upi payment failure

I have done 3 upi payments on 2 of august 2019 of 1100 rupees each. 2 transactions have been done by bhim app and 1 by google pay app. The money has been debited from my account but not credited to receipents account.
I lodged a complain in my bank i. E, central bank of india on 9th of august of 2200 rupees debited from bhim whose complain i'd is 3067649 on 9 of august 2019 and of 1100 rupees debited from google pay whose complain i'd is 3072530 on 13 of august 2019.
The issue has not been resolved yet by bank and no money has been credited in my account or receipents account.
