Myself syed ali from royapettah chennai. I was approach for the membership by naturals express avenue outlet mr. Pandian (Manager). He told me that the exciting offer is going on it will end soon this offer was never before in naturals, the offer is i can use any services from the menu either its bacic or costly for 12 sittings with 60minute session & the amount is 50000. I can select any pedicure or any facial or any body massage as per my choice for me & my family members without any validity. I discuss with him for more than 2hours sitting with him in naturals on 22nd feb at 8pm ask him repeatedly multiple times that i can avail any services of my choice? He replied multiple times yes you can avail any service from the menu as per your choice at any time for 12 sittings. I asked him in written he given me in written also i have attached the photo of that & payment proof which i made throuhg my credit card for groom india salon chennai in on 22nd ferb 2019. Then i availed service for next 3 months he mentioned in the book that i used so and so service was going good. Later the new manager mr. Joe came & said he will not accept this telling me that he will give only basic for all. He is not ready to accept the previous data. He says pandian has cheated me then i said i need my money back your manager is commited you take action on him but he is not accepting. Worst experience from naturals ever had befor any other spa. Its totally worthless services & dont accept any offers from naturals bcoz they will cheat you by giving false commitment. Like this they have stealed my rs.30000. By giving worthless services. Totally waste of money, waste of time, feeling ashamed to be a customer of naturals.
