Naturals Unisex Salon — Rude and worst behaviour of the cashier Mangalore

I have membership of naturals salon and I have been using it from last 3 years. I was utilising services at Mysore and Manipal and never had any complaints on either of the branches. But today when I visited Mangalore salon I really had a very bad experience and couldn't digest the words spoken by the cashier Darshan. He spoke to me in a worst behaviour without me uttering any word to him. As always I told him my mobile number while billing for taking membership price where he insisted me for a card. I just replied him that I never carried any card earlier for that he spoke rudely and told him his name asking me to complain on him. With this, I decided not to go to naturals anymore. But I expect a sorry from him
