I took tikona broadband connection no [protected] in March 15 on 23rd March its stopped function and after complain they couldn't rectify even after 10days so I request for disconnecting same. They told they do it only after waiting period is 20days and in May 1st week they took instrument after making 10calls and several emails. Now after 2 months also they are not refunding. Very horrible company. Please never go for tikona connection. 2 to 4 days for attending complain and no service. Not even they disconnect and after disconnecting not refunding. Sir I am requesting you please refund my money. My contact Number [protected]. Amount 20000 . And bank mane indian bank. Date 19.1.2017. Please tell me when will come my money in my account . Becouse 7 days is left. Other wise I will complaint RBI AND ONLINE GRIVENCE COURT. PLEASE TELL ME WHEN WILL REFUND MY MONEY.

Trousers is not good return and I need refund
This is Naveen from anantapur I had ordered the fastrack combo watches with an order no. GPT16314 they had delivered other than I ordered and I want to return the product and I need mh amount refund I had tried to call the customer support but they were telling our person will call you in one hour I didn't receid any call from any body I had tried so many times and in app under my orders it was not showing any details.
