Nestaway — Billing Related Issue Not Addressed for Once Even After 8 Months and 30+ Follow Ups | |||||
I vacated the Nestaway house on 5th of November 2020. (registered email id: [protected]@gmail.com. registered phone no. [protected], flat: 201, Radical 9 Apartment, Baner, Pune) There are series of serious concerns as mentioned below: 1) I am still awaiting the refund of my security deposit of INR 24, 500 2) I have been charged incorrectly "utility move_out_charges" of INR 4, 017 with no explanations or means of correction 3) Rent Agreement Amount of INR 1, 000 charged on 5th -Mar-2020 and never provided till 5th Nov inspite of multiple requests. Neither the refund granted. 4) Denying the rent agreement, rent hiked from INR14, 000 to 15, 400 since March 2020. A delta value of INR 11, 500 paid so far. I raised multiple complaints regarding the matter on Nestaway app since last 8 months but with no avail. To cite some of the complain requests - CC_[protected]forcefully closed and a new ticket raised by the team just to restart the process all over again), CC_[protected]No action so far), CC_[protected] No action so far). Not a single attempt to contact me or even respond to my complaints made. App records can be used to substantiate my claim. They have stopped taking any queries regarding billing through phone calls, and demands the consumer to write email to them. I had called them 8 times across days to at least seek their response at +91 [protected], +91 [protected]. As directed, I wrote email to every email-ids available to me since Nov 9th, 2020 requesting any response. -- 17 follow-up mails made so far since Nov 9th with not a single response received whatsoever to : Nest Away ;Amarendra Sahu ;[protected]@nestaway.com;"[protected]@nestaway.com" -- 5 follow-up mails made to :ayushi.[protected]@nestaway.com, as asked by Nestaway local representative with again not a single response Companies like Nestaway are brutally exploiting and cheating consumers in all the means possible by them I need- a) Immediate refund of my security deposit -INR24, 500 b) Reversal of fraudulent charges INR 4, 017, or providing me of proof for which charges were levied c) Refund of Rent Agreement Amount INR 1, 000 as was never provided inspite of multiple requests. d) Because of the harassment by not even caring to respond to customer's queries even after 8 months even for once, Nestaway should refund all the rent paid in complete since the expiry of the last year's rent agreement expiry (as the rent collected without rentl agreement stands null and void). The rent agreement was due much before any corona related restrictions (1st March, and all amount were collected by Nestaway from me).
