Nestaway Technologies — Agreement related & dashboard updation | |||
I have taken internal transfer on[protected] within nestaway apartment. Till now, I have not received the house agreement, the dashboard is not updated with correct details, the house no. Is 201, but it shows 301 in the dashboard, the geysar is not fitted. I have raised several complaints through nestaway application, sent an email to the legal team and a person named "faraz" who seemed to be the manager but there was no response for anything. Now its one month the issue is not resolved. So, i called the customer care and the representative promised for a callback for the resolution. Even the callback never happened.
