[Resolved]  Nestaway Technologies — deepmala money still not got back

I don't know how my previous complain have been closed when i have not received the money yet. House is 12292 deepmala roy started staying on 1st of april but due to room shifting 1st of may i moved to other room with a different name as nestaway rep suggested you can't book with sane name. But i[censored]sed in both the account are same. Earlier phone no used [protected] later [protected]. They both were allocated to me by my office

I used to stay with nestaway house id n12292 as deepmala roy with email id kiara. [protected]@gmail.com on 1st of april then i put my room on upgradation and then my room got allocated to someone as my bed got release they asked me to shift on the other room where in one bed was available with kajal mishra. That was on 3rd of may but as my name was already in use they ask me to book under diff name and email id. I left the house on 18th and is eligible to get some 8000 after deducting rent of october till 18th but now they are saying my 6 months is not completed and they deducted some penalty charges and move out charges but actually if you see i have completed 6 months from 1st of april and the id i used for both the accounts is same. Later on i was staying as munmun roy under email id [protected]@gmail.com. Customer not responding properly as i left the home area manager also not responding. I had the worst experience of nestaway in this coming 6 months

Trust me your team is not even responding last msg I got on Sunday that your move out charges will be waive off after that inspite clearing my account they added 1000 more as key charges. Here I am fighting why even I am paying 3000 as owner charges then 3000 as move out charges here they are adding more . O have my 12000 out of which I am only suppose to pay rent of October till 15th and 2 late fee charges which were pending so 3000 + 1000 rest 8000 I should get back. No body is answering me on that . I escalated so many times . I called customer care they are not helping I called area manager he is not picking

Unless the rest amount is credited I am not closing this complain. Nestaway customer service area managers atleast should be bit helpful
