Nestaway Technologies — Didn't get deposit refund | |||
I had booked a bed of 3BHK flat in Pune which is opted for IDR only after confirming that I'll required it for a Month only. And nestaway area manager agreed for that after a negotiation with the owner. I paid Rs. 16, 500 on March 14. And moved out on april 15 handing over the keys. Despite moving out in well condition I've been charged maintenance and cleaning charges where as when i moved in thr house wasn't clean at all infact i had to pay Rs300 and get it cleaned though I've been charged for multiple useless charges. No agreement or police verification was done yet I've been charged 2300 as agreement charges. It's been a month that ive vacated still i didn't receive my refund despite continuous followup and mails with the zonal manager. Area manager doesn't even bother to pick up the call. It's my hard earned money and in these tough times of pandemic every single penny is important and it means a lot. I want my deposit refunded soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
