Nestaway Technologies — full refund of deposit due to inconvenience caused from their end

Hi me and my friend live in neswaway property since 3 months and suddenly we got mail stating to vocate the property since its going to be off loaded from nestaway. Now we try reaching customer support and all call be unanswered.

Can nestaway please help us getting our initially paid refund in total since the problem is from you end?
