[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — move-in issue | |||||
I had a move in today at 3:00pm in royal best pg j. P nagar bangalore and when i reached, the executive told me that he doesn't have the keys to the room that i had booked. He told the owner had gone outside and will be returning in 2 hours. He got my signs on all move in documents and formalities. He asked me to contact the owner in 2 hours. When i contacted after 2 hours owner was on his way and i had to wait another two hours. Total i had to wait for 4 hours. Till this time there was no room or washroom available for me. I couldn't use washroom for 4 hours. This is the kind of move in they have given me. They took onboarding charges of 2000 rs and this is the condition.
