[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — move out / painting charges

Hey Nestaway,
I have been charged rupees 15000 as painting charges and i raised complaint over that mean while freshly i received a 6000 rupees bill as a move out charges. First decide and then let me know how much more you would want to loot me.. just because your company is running in losses doesn't mean you will charge anything!! I've approached a lawyer regarding this. Lets see how it goes.. now i'm least concerned about the money that i have lost. I will fight until i get justice.
Info :
1. Nestaway charged me for move in and apartment guys charged me again for same. I paid June month's electricity whereas i move in was in July.
2. I was told rent is including maintenance. And still apartment guys charged me 2500 every month .
3. The house was not painted while given. Still Nestaway charged me 15k.
4. Now after final settlement has been deducted from my advance.. now all of sudden 6000 more has been deducted with out any notice.

Nestaway doing real time fraud as they did not gave me painted house while renting but when i moved out they charged me 9000rs this is unethical and fraud. the nestaway guy gave me grant of 2500 to take back complaint this guys are real cheater.
