invalid charges for 3rd time in a row

I have been charged an invalid amount of rs. 1908.25 by nestaway.
Upon contacting them regarding the same there clarification for amount was insufficient.in above i have also been charged for something that's yet to be fixed but still the charges are added.
I have asked them multiple time to correct these charges and divide them correctly, but nothing happened

not giving possession of flat.

I have booked flat on 10th of december with giving deposit of rs 12000 and broker fees of rs 3000. As per the agreement possession of flat was sheduled on 15th of december. As per the agreement, before getting possession, tenant must give advance rent to nestaway which i already given to nestway on 14 th of december. But till the date, nestway is not allowing me to stey in a house. All document and all money i have already given to them....

refund not received for over a month

Made payment for 16909.46 on november 4th through nestaway app and the transaction went through from my bank account but nestaway app showed as failed. Tried again and the same scenario repeated. My bank account was deducted for 33818.92 and i initiated a chargeback with the bank and had a case opened with nestaway (Sc_[protected]. The bank confirmed that the amount was paid to the beneficiary account - and i raised a new ticket with the bank...

hightenned painting charges

Hello,

I stayed in a nestaway 1bhk for about 9 months. At the time of moving in, i paid 3000 rupees onboarding charges & 28k as advance.

I have moved out of the apartment & nestaway has charged me 9000 rupees for painting charges. This is highly exaggerated pricing. At this rate, i'd rather go over & paint the house myself.

Additionally, they had caused issues during moving out with their inspection...

transaction issue

I did a transaction on 1st dec 2019, the transaction was successfull and money got deducted from my account as well. I have proofs for that which i am attaching below. But the nestaway people are saying transaction has failed. So kindly check and refund me the money as soon as possible.

flat not hand-over back to owner

This is the worst service provider for house owners. We handed over our furnished flat in kphb road no 1 to nest away keeping the trust. However they gave the flat on rent for 6 months and then the issue stared.. dual payment - transaction in processing and transaction done

Hi,
I have made payment on 1st dec, so from my end transaction was successful but at your end is still in processing so my dashboard was not updated and still in processing.
Since i don't want any dues so i again made payment on 4th dec which was successful at both ends.

So the transaction which is still in processing state at your end, can you cancel it and refund to me.

payment failure - 6029rs

I made my rent payment to Nestaway for the amount of 6029Rs on 1st December. Transaction was successful via Google pay but said it failed on Nestaways app. The amount has been debited from my account and my bank has confirmed that Nestaway has recieved the money but they are denying it. Google pay has confirmed it as well.

Services are soo pathetic thy don't even want to help, agents never respond not give proper call. I have booked a flat and asking the agent to show me the flat thu never respond and not answer calls as well. Thy do not want to help us and that is clear. unnaturally excessive amounts charged

I recently checked by nest away dashboard for payments and it has surprisingly a charge of rs 2500 rs 4000 and rs 2000 charged as electricity bill.
On further detailed check they are saying this for
2000 - deep cleaning
2500 - mattress repair
4000 - utensils missing

Its been almost 2 months since i moved out and they are charging this now what reason?
Someone might have taken the utensils...

Hi i have moved out of nestaway on 6th nov. Also received a mail stating that move out is complete and refund is initiated and will receive in 7 days. Its been more than 3 weeks and have not received refund of my deposit yet. Also no update on ticket regarding delay of refund. Ticketid=sc_01855657.

absurd and fake charges on move out

I rented a flat in pisoli, pune through nestaway for 11k and 22k as deposit, completed my minimum stay for 6 months and after i move out, there was an inspection of the flat, the checking for move out was fine with some 300 rupees deduction from deposit. Now, after 5-6 days they returned me only 8240 rupees as deposit refund and told that whole flat painting for 10000 and move-out cleaning for 3000 rupees. Its a fraud and they are never going...

Nestaway home rental services had approached me in february 2019 for my 2 bhk flat at malad west. They promised me a rent with tds deduction deposited every month in my account. The rent was deposited for the first 3 months and then the slack started. No rents, reduced amount than that promised, irregularities and no one answering calls when i try to follow up.
In october 2019, i sent them a mail that i want to discontinue with them...

agreement not renewed. society giving trouble

We have already paid the agreement charges. Also revised rent is being taken. But service is not provided.

The society has an app controlled system to allow visitors, food delivery and other deliveries. If a common agreement of the house is not submitted they revoke access. I had raised a complaint about this 15-20 days back but they haven't reached out to us.
