[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — my booking cancellation refund | |||
I Tamaghna Mukherjee, mobile number [protected], new to Bangalore had booked a room in Sharath Nest Subramanyapura Bangalore-560062 and cancelled within 24 hours. It showed me the option to cancel my move out on the app and even asked for move out feedback. After that I called the customer care multiple times to ask for my refund status.They confirmed that my cancellation request was successful and a refund has been initiated. But now when I open the application it is showing me move out option and a hefty cancellation charge. I haven't moved in yet. I want 100% refund back. This is a new technique of forgery used by Nestaway to cheat people and if not curbed shall cause huge damage to consumer sentiments of India Was this information helpful? | |||
