This is a fraud company. The rent for our property has not been paid since january 2019. We have written various emails on various occassions but the only response we receive is that "we are sorry for the inconvenience". The name of the area manager is ankit chaturvedi who is acting like a fraud agent for the company. This is their mode of operation of duping property owners. I havent been paid my rent since january 2019.

Rathiji, paisa mila kya. Apna paisa wapas lene ke liye ticket raise karna padta hai, phir pata chalta hai ki bewakoof ban gaye. Maine socha sirf tenants to cheat karte hain, ab pata chala owner ko bhi cheat karte hain. Ha ha, welcome to the club of people being fooled by this company.

    I had been staying in nestaway properties ( nestaway paras) in kota. I left the property on 28th May 2019 but I have still not recieved my security deposit.
    I have filled all the details of move out.
    When I asked for a confirmation that I will get the deposit, a concerned person has given me an email from get account stating I should get our back within 15 to 20 days.
    I am only being said that it is under some process and there is some issue.

      Detailed note: I was to move in on 10th june, but still no action from your side has been taken till now and till now i have not been able to move in.

      Due to your negligence i have had to stay in hotels and had to pay hotel bills myself.

      I have had enough of it.

      Your customer service is a joke and they do not solve any issue.

      Refund immediately the full amount!!!

        I paid all bills on 02 jun 2019 when my bother shifted, In his room there is no electricity- fan not working, tube-light not working and there did not provide WiFi and TV connection to him but they insure in his facility they provide all but they plot with consumer like me and my brother, Nestaway Manager Kamal did nothing from starting only ensuring to me issue will resolved my brother live without light in that room but issue remains same till now and i now to move out this flat due to not provided my facility then they charged with me for move out, firstly they not provide me anything and charged on time- i did not pay any move out charged and his owner Mr. maya appa contact not reachable.

          Hi,

          I’m Pradeep, living in Rajani Nestaway located in KPHB Phase 7, Hyderabad. There is a water problem from past 10 days but nobody is taking care of it. The area manager and his manager also not responding properly. Not at all taking any kind of action but cooking up all bull [censored] stories. They are not even able to accommodate us a water tanker. It’s been very difficult for us to stay without water. Another area manager named Sunny speaking rudely saying we have to transfer since there is water problem but not able to fix solution for this issue.

          Kindly take an action on Nestaway for providing such stupid services.

          It's been 2 weeks already but no action has been taken. You will understand my problem if you are in my situation. Seriously this is not acceptable. Nobody is responding on this issue from Nestaway. Nobody is trying to fix this issue. How long we need to wait for this issue to be resolved?

            Regrading the above mentioned service request I am currently staying in one of the property of nestaway 9894 in panduranga nagar, Banglore on sharing room raised a request for geyser repair they got it done and charged me alone which should have been split between me and my roommate .Not only that the charges are very high without any actual bill of the material used for repair
            And now I have initiated an internal movement with in the same flat from sharing to private room, for which they have charged me more then 3000k+.Now the biggest blunder they have done is when I made my internal movement charged payment that have adjusted the amount that I had disputed towards paid charged and they are again asking me to pay an amount of 1787 as June rent which I have already paid else they will cancel me payment.
            They have created a mess on my dashboard I have no clue whom to go to if I call their customer care they ask me to raise ticket which I have already raised and they have no resolution to it .Infact on day one their customer representative behavoved very rudely with me and hung up when I was trying to explain my issue to him.I am going mad with all this every day I have been calling them but nobody is ready resolve it .I paid my electricity bill with my rent however post that also it was under unpaid charges .I have no clue what to do I feel like putting all the screenshot on social media and show how unprofessional and irresponsible Nestaway is.I need this issue to be escalated to the highest level and resolved urgently.

              I am a tenant at Nestaway Bangalore and am asked to pay very high internet bill for the past two months(April and May, 2019). The usual bill I had been getting until the month of March was only upto Rs.500/-. However, In April and May I received bills of Rs.1770/- and Rs.3020/- respectively despite having little use of the internet. I managed to reach the customer service of ACT and have received an update on the plans which has changed every month. No concurrence or information was shared by Nestaway regarding change in Internet plans offered.
              I tried reaching the customer service of Nestaway multiple times, but failed to get any response. The query has been raised on Dashboard with four levels of escalation, and have not received any update.
              Nestaway should intervene and get this resolved as we are paying for your service.

                Hi service request no-SC_01383840, I moved out of the property on 31st May and got security amount within a day but when i checked the amount AC rental charges form Nov, 18 to May, 19 has been deducted .When i cross check with the executive they told me it was due to technical glitch and you dont need to worry and the amount will be refunded 48-72 hr as they have sent the approval to proper manager Mr AMBER SING and his senior Mr Prashant. I also personally talked to Mr Ambar he also accepted the same and confirmed me that he will provide the confirmation internally to nestaway team and you will get your payment. But till date after passing the 13 days i called many time to customer care but till date not a single Rs was refunded to me. All they iterating the same thing that the approval from Mr prasnat is pending and after getting the approval we shall initiate the refund .Please look into the matter . My frustration level has been crossed. Now i will start mail to Amarendra Sahu CEO Nestaway and Jitendra Jagadev on his linkidin profile unless they respond.                   Hi I gave my appartment for rent to Nestaway 6 months back they said process and all 2 months back made agreement it’s been 2 months no tenant has come. But personally people coming to security and asking for rent and NestAway telling no tenants there in that area. I requested for off board SC_01396903 and give my key back for that also long process. I made many calls for my key back no one taking action.

                  I was living in a NestAway house since one year. Yesterday I took internal transfer to another room. Without prior communication they suddenly put assure charges on my dashboard of the app.

                    I moved into my nestaway accommodation on 3th march 2019. House ID-59494 I got a rent agreement of 13100/- and that is valid till jan 2020 suddenly i got a mail that from this month onwards u need to pay rent 13900 i was shocked how can you do that I'm highly dissatisfied by the service rendered by Nestaway... Nestaway puts random and anauthorized cahrges without verification and asks us to pay the amount

                      and cancelled within 24 hours. It showed me the option to cancel my move out on the app and even asked for move out feedback. After that I called the customer care multiple times to ask for my refund status.They confirmed that my cancellation request was successful and a refund has been initiated. But...

                      We are charged for services which we never received -

                      1.) One of the tenant moved out, for which we were charged with sofa repairs. The amount was paid, in addition, each tenant pays 200/- extra (assure) per month for maintenance & repairs. Still no action taken.There have been instances of the same earlier as well & til date. The customer service agents lie all the time about the update that the vendor is assigned and the resolution is being looked up but never there is a situation where the resolution reaches the customers.                       2.)There is an issue with an Electric Component which a responsibility of NESTAWAY to provide to which they are charging the customer.
                      ACCL component is the one that supports power back from society to the flats which was damaged before the tenants started staying in the flat.

                      The above mentioned tickets all have been raised to the highest escalation possible and still the management doesn't care to respond back.The management takes no responsibilities of the same and they are harassing the customers to an extent where it is affecting their health.

                        We (a group of 5 people) are highly dissatisfied by the service rendered by Nestaway... Area manager puts random cahrges without verification and asks us to pay the amount ... Really dissatisfied by the behaviour and attitude showed by area manager . SC_01412325 and SC_01399898 are opened in nestaway appto track the issue... But there are no responses. After living in nestaway for more than 3 years, I am really dissatisfied and dissapointed...

                          I have rented out my property for rent to nestaway in Hyderabad .
                          Tenants have vacated the house on May 3 2019 and today is 8th June 2019.
                          Nestaway has still not handovered the house keys nor are they taking care of any damages done to my property. Every time i call they keep pushing the issue saying today or tomorrow.
                          FRAUD COMPANY!
                          House owners beware, especially in Hyderabad.
                          Offboarding team and one point contact are useless, Ms Supriya and Mr Faraaz from Hyd offboarding. They dont resolve the issue and are rude.
                          i regret for giving the property on rent to Nestaway.
                          the cost of damages and locks changing is coming upto 2 months rent and their customer carre is so usless, they just keep answering the same thing like robots. If the company goes bankrupt it will purely be because of their inefficient and rude customer care.
                          There is no way to contact the higher level in the company. This is purely the inefficiency of planning in company.

                          I was initially told that I have to return a deposit amount of Rs24816 of deposit which I hold by deducting one months rent .
                          But now I received a legal notice to pay Rs49000. This is despite not handing over the keys even one and half months after the tenants vacated and not bothering to repair the damages nor clean the property .
                          I advice all the house owners reading this .
                          Kindly avoid Nestaway . FRAUD COMPANY .
                          Especially Mr Faraaz of Hyd off boarding team . Who knows what he might try to do with houses when owners give him the keys .

                            Nestaway company is doing fraud with me as they are not providing parking space to me as they committed, during booking he shows parking spot and also committed to allocate separate parking space, not after 45 days i am still chasing for the same, and not Their most unprofessional Area manager Akshay call and ask for extra Mony 1100 per month for parking space.

                            i made 100 of calls and almost more than 20 email but no response on it.

                            this is literally cheating, i already wrote on email that until issue resolved or concluded i will not pay rent, but they start charging extra fine without resolution .

                            Need help here to highlight to concern authority that how they are cheating with customers.

                              I moved into a nestaway property on 5th may without knowing that the flat is full of issues. After the first day of moving in, i realised the balcony doors do not have locks, taps in the bathrooms and kitchen are not working, geyser in the bathroom doesn’t work, flush tank in the master bedroom bathroom doesn’t work, electricity trips off if the fan in the hall is put on 5 speed, can of put on 5 speed makes sequeaky noise and is ready to fall down and there’s seepage issue in the kitchen. Needless to mention, cockroaches are living with us in the flat. Despite raising multiple tickets for each of these issues, not a single issue has been resolved till day. Area manager doesn’t answer the calls and looks extremely disinterested in his job not resolving my issues. Customer service department does nothing apart from getting frustrated (Not sure why they get frustrated when i’m facing the issues) and suggesting to raise tickets. I would like to vacate this house in a month’s time and get a full refund of the security deposit though there is a 6month lock in. I can’t compromise on my security nor my family members by living in a house which doesn’t have locks to the doors. I want someone out there (Hoping there is someone sane looking into this issue) to consider this request and arrange for a full refund of my deposit and i will vacate next month. I have no hope that nestaway will address the existing issues nor do i recommend them to anyone. I read horrible reviews about nestaway and still made the worst decision of my life by moving in. But i strongly recommend everyone to never use nestaway and every existing tenant, please find an alternative and get rid of this torture asap. Is there an actual human being at the top management level to escalate this to? As i am tired and frustrated talking to these customer care arringanti robots who doesn’t know anything apart from saying “ok”, ”sorry to hear this”, “i understand “, ” i raised a ticket” “we will send a multi talented technician”. I bet you will not hear anything apart from these words. Please tell me if there is anyone i can talk to at the talk management level,?,???

                              1401441, 1399714, 1399692, 1328814, 1313796 are the ticket IDs. I didn’t raise a ticket for water problem yet as I’m sure nestaway won’t resolve any issues so can’t raise anymore tickets. I just spoke with customer care department for nth time and again the same responses. And apparently if I don’t pay rent they will send lawyer notice and lock me out of the house. So, I want to understand that nestaway has all the authority in the world to go legally and i will silently face the wrath of it for no mistake of mine? I called area manager Naveen Chandra multiple times and he doesn’t answer the calls. Customer care doesn’t resolve. Requested a call back from someone at management level but no call. So is nestaway managed and run by a group of customer care executives with no one at top management? I will wait for the lawyer notice to come and then send a notice to nestaway for torturing me and cheating me by letting out a flat full of fundamental major issues and also security issues to highlight.

                                Based on my friend's reference, i came to know about nestaway. I have entered into an agreement with nestaway technologies for renting out my property at c303, adithi bliss apartment on 25-feb'19 and handed over the property key on 05-may'19.

                                It is more than one month and no action is taken by your executive. Your executive mr. Nitesh neither picks my call or updates me on the status over sms / whatsapp / email. I am totally disappointed with the services provided by nestaway technologies.

                                Please expedite the cleaning & renting process or handover the key to me by 10-june'19. So far my experience with nestaway is very bad.

                                  I'm owner of a property in bangalore. The worst decision i took in my life was to have a agreement with nestaway. I thought, nestaway will provide necessary services required to tenants and me, without killing my time. As per the agreement, i agreed and paying 12.5% commission every month from the rental amount but still, i have to spend so much of time for the follow ups & reminders. Even i'm owner and paying the commission, there is point of contacts to reach and have to rely on the customer care who can't do anything other than opening tickets and suggest to open a ticket in nestaway app. The worst experience was with the tickets opened in the app which will be autoclosed / responds same message (Such as in progress, working on etc). Finally, i fed up with the services and want to terminate the services and rasied the request. Its been 2 months and still there is no progress, after opening back to back tickets, calls and emails.

                                    Hello team,
                                    I moved into my nestaway accommodation on 1st june 2019.
                                    During my first visit before booking the accommodation - i met the flatmates and looked around the house. I was told about the various running expenses (Electricity bill, gas bill, domestic help charges, etc.)

                                    But on my day of move in - much to my surprise, my roommate told my about the existing issue around the electricity bill which was never disclosed to me before i moved in. I was told that the electricity bill for the house in the month of may 2019 was rs. 23000. While it was rs.18000 in the month of april 2019. The flatmates claim that there is an existing issue with the electricity meter and it shows an inflated usage.

                                    This is an additional expense that i am required to bear as a part of my stay at nestaway.in no possibility, a bill of 23000 is reasonable/acceptable. However, nestaway has taken no steps to resolve the issue or even disclose it to new house joiners. This is totally unacceptable as an amount of 23000 means approximately 5000 rupees per person per month in electricity charges.

                                    This was never disclosed to me by the area manager / flatmates / nestaway.

                                    Moreover, i now want to internally transfer to some other accommodation. But nestaway is charging me an additional half month rent and additional onboarding charges of rs. 9875 for this intended internal movement (Besides the new rent and deposit). This is totally unfair as i the existing electricity bill problem was never disclosed to me by nestaway and i'm also being charged of additional rs.9875

                                    I want this case of mine to be considered - either nestaway should intervene and get the electricity bill issue resolved or provide me with a hassle free movement to a new accommodation.

                                      When i left the house, electricity bill have to pay by me and other tenants but the bill was wrong, it includes the units of last two months aswell which we already paid. Now the whole bill is deducted from our f&f. I informed same to nestaway but they are ignoring the same. I also sent a mail to 3 nestaway executive (Ritesh, shashank and ashwani) all are taking care of faridabad area. The mail was sent on 27th feb.2019 having more than 13-14 reminders till time buy not solved yet even not get a single call from anyone.in mail i also attached the valid proof (Paid receipt) still no solution
