Hi,
I booked a nestaway property for rent on 16th may, 2019. I paid security deposit, onboarding charges and all. On the move in day (19th may, 2019) i was told that i cannot move-in to that property and i have to find another one. Than i had to find another property and booked. I moved in on 22nd may, 2019. And from 19th may to 22nd may i stayed in a hotel even after paying money to nestaway but they were least bothered. Till that time i had paid rs. 14100 as security deposit, rs. 2000 as onboarding charges and rs3082 as may rent or something.
After move in, i was again charged rs. 4340 which is showing as due from my end. When i called customer care on 4th june, they they told it will get adjusted need not to worry, you only pay the rent amount for june. Than i paid the rent june on 4th june itself. But still now the due of 4340 is showing and it's been more than a month. Customer not responding now.
Please help.
