Nestaway Technologies — Nestaway showing wrong information about electricity bill that I need to pay but I just moved into new flat on 13th of April 2021 | |||
Just again today morning when I was checking my Nestaway dashboard for utilities as Electricity Bill account ID to see how much amount is pending on BESCOM website from last tenant. I saw that Rs. 1726 is pending and when I called helpdesk they are you pay that amount, why I have to pay that its Nestaway job to clear pending money of BESCOM before new tenant moved-in . Also why I am raising this complain as I see another illegal activity from Nestaway When I clicked "Utility Expenses" tab on dashboard and it shows Rs 488 is pending and the shocking part is that the due date is mentioned as " 08 Nov 2019" that has same has same account ID of current flat. I dont understand why Nestaway cheats with their customers . I am attaching the screenshots of this illegal activity and Nestaway should justification for this wrong doing.
