[Resolved] Nestaway Technologies — pan card details have not been provided by nestaway even if I am paying more than 1lakh rent per annum | |||||
NestAway Technologies has not been providing me with the pan card details of the owner, I am paying 9, 630 Rs rent per month. So According to govt law it is mandatory to provide PAN card details of the house owner if the tenant is paying more than one lakh per year. Even after following up several times there has been no answer by the company. Desirable solution for the above problem is paying my tax! or giving me the Pan card details of the owner.
