Nestaway Technologies — refund after move-out not received, been 22 days! | |
It has been 22 days i have moved out of my house and yet i havent received my money back. The rental agreement says within 7 days of move-out, they are clearly violating the law here. I have raised a ticket from 15 days and there is no reply to that, i just keep on escalating (God knows if they even understand the meaning of escalation). Calls arent getting connected because of covid!. As if nestaway is the only company operating in these conditions. The worst part is the lack of response. Very poor service. I would suggest people not to fall in this trap ever. Everyday i have to make out time to follow up and open their poor ticketing system just to see that there is no progress. Hello, i want to know if you and others here dont get refund for there security deposit is there anything else you can suggest to file against these ###. Its been 1month now no refund nothing. Contacting them is pain in the ###. No one reaches back. Please suggest if we can do a police complaint against them.
